My Journey in Writing
My name is Lynne Stringer and I love writing! Of course, that’s not all I love. I also love reading books, especially ones that take me out of the every day and into a new world. It doesn’t have to be a completely imaginary world, either. Anything with fascinating characters and interesting storylines will do. My first young adult novel, The Heir, was accepted for publication by Wombat Books and released on 1 June 2013. It is the first book in the Verindon trilogy. It’s so exciting to have a real copy of my book in my hands.
Midnight Sun
I'm not sure if reviewing a book that hasn't even been officially released or even completed is a good idea, but I'm unable to leave this one alone.Of all the books in the Twilight series, the partial draft of Midnight Sun, available on Stephenie Meyer's website, is the one I've read the most. Yes, there are spelling mistakes and probably a few other things that need to be tidied up (it is incomplete, after all) but being inside Edward's head is a fascinating experience, and it's wonderful to have his behaviour explained. Oh, what I wouldn't give for Stephenie Meyer to finish this book and make it available! In fact, I would buy a copy of every book in the saga from Edward's point of view if they were available!
